On behalf of the CCHS class of 1967 we would like to extend our deepest sympathies to John Kausner and his family, whose daughter, Ellyce was among those lost in the tragic crash of Continental flight 3407. Words fail us at times like these, for there are no words to express the unimaginable. Please know, John, that you and your family are in our hearts and in our prayers. We share a common bond in our roots and we share in your grief. Let each of us honor Ellyce by holding our loved ones a little tighter this day and letting them know how very much we love them. Ely was a great lover of animals and the family has requested that any donations made in her memory be made to the SPCA. If you would like to send your condolences the address is as follows: John & Marilyn Kausner 9105 Clarence Center Rd. John just called and asked me to convey his sincere and deep thanks to one and all from the class who have remembered and cheered him and his family through this crisis. He regrets that he has been inundated with both the details and emotions of this tragedy, and has just not been able to get back to folks to express this himself. (There were literally thousands at the memorials). So on behalf of John and Marilyn, thank you Class of '67 members, friends that you are, for extending your sympathies. For those of you who have not been able to reach them, John knows that he has been in your thoughts and prayers as well. I am really proud to be part of this extended circle of classmates. Mick
